Anger Management Classes

Classes are taught by Jim Bottenhorn, a mental health professional with over 20 years of experience. Participants learn to:

  • Distinguish between anger and aggression
  • Identify factors that influence anger
  • Recognize anger's "red flags"
  • Learn skills to manage their behavior

Class Information

Each class consists of four 90-minute weekly sessions, for a total of six hours of instruction. Evening sessions begin at 7:00 and end at 8:30. Each participant receives a 30-page booklet of the class material.

Forest View Hospital

Classes are held in the Community Room, at the rear of the hospital. Look for the green awning on the south side of the hospital.

Classes are $80 for an individual, $120 for two people, such as a spouse or child over 17. Fee due at first class. Cash, check or credit/debit cards accepted.
